So many people don’t realize that stress is a life threatening illness we often overlook. The symptoms of stress become apart of everyday life and they become daily practice. It is often that we take on too many things at one time and other areas of our lives suffer including the most important which is our health.
This was my verdict hence my absence from giving the love of wellness to you all for the past couple of months. When we realize that we are neglecting things that involve us functioning like a normal human being then we must stop and evaluate where the problem lies.
